Seekins PH3 vs Suppressed Tikka

I think the answer to your question is how much do value a warranty and customer service. Personally, I opted for Seekins as a result. Tikka is pretty useless when it comes to warranty

Sometimes I think ignorance is bliss. I had no issue shooting bare muzzle and rifles with brakes before shooting a bunch suppressed. Now I shoot with a brake and I struggle a little because i'm not used to the sharp pop anymore.

I’d have to say suppressor too. I recently got my first legit rifle can (after only have a form 1 can) and just put in for a second.
It’s much more enjoyable shooting suppressed.

I’m in the market for a new 6mm deer/antelope hunting rifle and need some help deciding which direction to go. I have a $2000 budget for the rifle. I already have the scope.

Option 1 is to buy a Seekins PH3 6 CM. I’ve wanted a Seekins for years and handle them every time I walk into Scheels. The new 20” barrel option on the PH3 has me pretty excited.

Option 2 is to wait for Tikka to release their threaded factory barrels and also purchase a suppressor. I have never shot a rifle suppressed or been around one, so I don’t know what I’m missing, but I’ve read so many good things. For the Tikka, I may wait for them to hopefully release a threaded 6 CM but if not perhaps purchase an 8 twist .243. I have other Tikkas and they just shoot. I also like to tinker with aftermarket mods. I reload so I could take advantage of the heavier bullets in the .243.

Both options will cost me my entire $2000 budget. Is shooting a suppressed Tikka worth giving up my dreams of owning a Seekins?
Tikka and Suppressor 1000% not even a question

Differences in rifles tend to disappear in use. The difference in having a suppressor will not. That's a big deal you will most likely not want to go without after having one. If you tend to shoot game without ear pro on, suppressors are literally life changing and better for your health.
