Seekins Chassis now available

I just held one of the element hunters at Scheels today - the chassis is very nice. Folding mechanism is definitely robust and I like it a lot. Grip felt fine, but with the trigger lock on there, it's hard to get a real good feel for it.

I certainly don't "need" one, but with a sheep hunt coming up in August, I'm weighing my options. I have a Gunwerks Magnus 7 SAUM that is just a few ounces shy of 10 lbs scoped. I need to pull the stock off and weigh it to see how it compares to this chassis. Besides the weight, the ability to fold it and have a much more compact rifle is really appealing.
My local Scheels had the standalone chassis for sale without trigger locks on them. Feels great without the trigger lock. I noticed they were like $50 cheaper then seekins website too

What’s the trick to getting the 3 rd mdt to release easier. I had to pull the bolt back and push down from the inside to get it started.

Could u take a pic of how the rear action tang sits in the seekins chassis ? I'm wondering if it's captured or just rests on top like the hnt26.
