Wow, I had to give this company some props. I placed my order on Sept. 8 for a new pack that SO did not have in stock. Got an email today that it shipped and will be at my door on the 19th. I had let them know I was on a time crunch and they went out of their way to help me out. Not only does this company make great gear but they have the customer service to match! Thank you Seek Outside!!! You'll be getting more of my business in the future.

I am waiting for their new design the Gila to be released. Its a smaller and lighter version of the Divide on the same suspension. I'm going to pick one up for my summer scouting/backpacking kit. Looking forward to getting my hands on one of their products, the customer feedback speaks for itself.

I keep posting this here as SO has just amazed me with product design, quality and service. I wish I had their outstanding gear when I started bush work in April, 1965, boy, what a difference from the old, surplus crap we had to use then!!!!

I couldn't agree more! I needed a repair on my Redcliff and they not only made the requested repair, they made another minor repair I wasn't going to worry about. Both repairs were less than they quoted me for the original repair!

I've been dealing with SO since their early days (still have and use a Gen1 BCS) and have had nothing but positive experiences with their customer service and products, including multiple shelters and packs. In one instance of extreme CS- repairing a shelter I bought second-hand, that arrived with serious, undisclosed damage, including one long cut thru the silnylon... For no charge!
