Seek Outside Lanner

Got an e-mail about new products for 2019. One of them was a new pack like the Peregrine, but a 5400 pack. The only problem is, there is no picture of it. Has anyone seen it? It says it will be available estimated Jan/Feb. 2019. Might be a nice pack. Curious!
 
I have seen it :) . Very similar to a larger / taller Peregrine . The rear face zippered pockets are done differently but the mesh pocket is the same... but a little larger . There is a pocket integrated in main bag that functions sort of like a small built in lid .

I’m very excited to see this pack as well! So far I’m loving the seek outside revolution frame and peregrine pack.

We will shoot some pics in the next few days. From my understanding, one should be ready Monday morning. The last few days, we actually cranked out a lot of production sample "Flight" packs for Spectra for the ISPO show to feature some cool new Spectra fabrics (and some cool new smaller SO packs). that we collaborated on. However, I will be at SHOT most of the week so I am not sure on photo times. The Lanner 5400 does look almost exactly like a bigger Peregrine, just the main bag is a bit larger and the mesh pocket is a bit larger. The pockets integrated on the mesh pocket are different and slicker IMO (both open same side as main bag zip). Also there is an extra pocket integrated into the top of the roll top that should reduce a need for a lid (Many Peregrine users use a lid).

I have one ... but no photos and am traveling today. I just picked it up this morning . As soon as I get an opportunity to load it up I'll snap a quick photo

We have not weighed it but I would suspect a small amount more than the Peregrine (maybe and ounce or two ). So likely just a tad over 4 lbs

Any more updates on this, kevin? Curious on the weight of the lanner bag.

I really like my broadwing but with a talon on the front and straps over the top of the upper side pockets, it gets a little strappy at the expense of handiness.

I think the lanner is what I want my broadwing to be....with one minor tweak. What is the process for custom work done thru seek outside?
