This is the pack set up i am going to run next season, revolution frame with merlin daypack. I am planning on using a dry pack 55+ liters for packing in and dropping at base camp. This is not my first SO pack, i switched last year to a mystery ranch but it was not for me so i went back to the tried and true. I am still working on getting the fit perfect but its all most there. I might buy the lumbar pad to try it out in the future. Waiting on a holster to put on the hip belt, one of the things i didn't like about MR. I also need to cut the straps.

I am really happy with the pack so far. I am considering cutting off the backpack straps on the Merlin because I will probably never use it alone (I have a Camelback mule). I wish I could get an xpac dry bag in multicam around 70 liters for the load shelf.
