Scouting Website? Aerial and Topo Imagery side by side

A while back I heard a guy on a Podcast talking about scouting and using tools such as Google Earth and Earth Explorer, etc. He also mentioned a Website that has Aerial Imagery and Topo Imagery side by side (split screen). For the life of me I can't remember the name of the website and can't find the Podcast that it was on. I have reached out the hosts of the main Podcast I listen to but they didn't remember either.
Does anyone on here know the site I'm looking for? Or have another that they use? Thanks for the help.
