Obviously not continuously, but in my state it’s not unheard of to cover 100 miles of rough roads in a unit while scouting. 30+ min sprints to glassing locations from Sun up to Sun down.

That’s doable without too much discomfort in an X4. Not sure I’d want to try that in a pioneer.

I do it all winter chukar hunting.

I don’t understand the ride issues to be honest, and I tend to spend a ton of time in shitty rocky county, and it’s never been an issue.
