Scope recommendations

I’m wrapping up a 300 wsm custom build, looking for scope recommendations, I’d like to stay around 1000ish dollars for the scope, the Leupold vx5hd 3-15 is at the top of my list, curious if there’s something else I should be considering

I'm very impressed with my vx5hd 2-10. I've had it a couple years now and I'm kinda hard on equipment, no issues with it.
