Hey what's up everyone. I occasionally do tree stand hunting and just wanted to see what you guys did for scent elimination. I know playing the wind is the most important but do any of you any sprays to help? I use scent free laundry soap from tide already and hang dry my clothes

I used to use wildlife research center spray, soap, deodorant, etc. and do everything I possibly could to avoid getting winded. Now, I basically hunt the wind and keep my clothes in an air tight tote - that's it. I'd rather hunt 1 day in a 2 week span with perfect wind for the buck I'm after rather than 10 days on bad winds.

Do I think the products work? Yes. Do I think they work well enough to eliminate all scent and getting winded? Absolutely not.

Agree with above. I don't use special soap. The stuff we have to buy for my daughter's sensitive skin is the same. I wash base layers with dawn dish soap, it cuts the oils better and they perform like new. Hang dry then store in a sealed tub. About a month before I put some pine needles in with it. Occasionally I use the fresh earth scent spray only to take away they polyester smell, not to eliminate my smell.
