Certainly, just making others aware in the event they were avoiding paypal for the firearms reason.

I was scammed on 24 hour campfire for a tikka roughneck stock yesterday. My bank stopped paypal payment for a $35 fee. Im really disliking these low lives

Yes, but it has a better UI. All the methods suck. They all require acceptance of risk and due diligence.

I had a deal working on long range forum last week. I told the LEGIT poster of the ad that I would PM him to discuss details. The hacker accessed his PM and got my phone number and tried to move forward with payment details. The original guy had no idea someone had hacked his PMs and was trying to close the deal for him with his own scammer payment details. The only reason I caught it was he wouldn’t send me a pic of the gun with my name in the picture. It seemed fishy so I posted on the original guys post that he was giving me bad vibes. That’s when we figured out someone had hacked his PMs.

BE AWARE THAT YOUR PMs ARE NOT SECURE AND PEOPLE HAVE A WAY OF ACCESSING THEM. TAKE THE EXTRA STEPS TO CONFIRM LEGIT BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT TO ANYONE. ID NEVER HEARD OF THAT HAPPENING BUT IT DID

That’s more or less what happened to me. If the scammer has hacked it to a legit members
