Barnes now offers factory ammo, ADG makes good brass, and now Savage makes rifles.

It doesn't have the Hornady marketing machine behind it, but it is not dying.

And some pretty nice lefty options to boot. Looks like they improved some things on the bolt as well. It will be interesting to see if Browning finally offers lefty 6.8 Western rifles this year.

They are pretty heavy. 7BC in 16.5" is 7.5lbs. Lightest one ive seen is 7.2lbs. Have to go to the UL carbon barrel ones to get under 7#

Winchester is also bringing out a new Long Range premium ammo line. High BC cup and core with the big tip. 6.5/30 cal first then 6.8W (175) and 7 prc (180) and said maybe 300 prc down the road as well.
