Been thinking to build/buy a 6 arc bolt gun. I know it’s been talked about at length here to build one from either a Tikka or howa mini action.
I was pretty set on going the Tikka route, then yesterday I’m at the LGS doing some suppressor stuff and came across a Savage axis 2 pro in 6 arc. Now I realize this isn’t the 110 action but it checked a lot of boxes;
Nice stock, flush mag, adjustable LOP (so my son can shoot it as well), threaded barrel. Trigger was a bit heavy but that seems easy enough to address.
The question is does anyone have any real experience with this particular rifle and more specifically this caliber. Tried searching but didn’t find much in regards to accuracy and feeding.
