Salt Lake City - What to do/What to see?

Thanks for all the input guys. The dynamics of my trip changed a bit, so I didn't get to see as much as I wanted. I was actually in town for a job interview on Wednesday and on Thursday morning I was offered the position, so it went from sight seeing to apartment hunting real quick. I can't wait to come west finally it's been a dream of mine for a long time. If anyone from the SLC area has any good apartment suggestions I'm all ears.

Thank you. I'll be working downtown, so my goal is to try and stay within 15 miles from the city.
