S&B 3-12x42 Klassik for hunting

WTF. It was $9-something earlier today. They watch this place. LOL.

It's worth it IMHO. I just looked. I paid $1360 in August from Eurooptic. Jeez.
Guessing they got a significant enough number of backorders in one day and decided to increase accordingly

It would have to displace an LRHS2 or a Maven RS1.2 and I dont think the juice is worth the squeeze at this price. No love for straght MILDOT reticles, couldnt mount on my tikka without a canted rail, and a coyote at 840 yards would be annoying

Yeah, 2.5 years ago I payed $1600 for one without a turret. At less than $1K I was struggling not to spend money, so they helped me out by upping the price.

I've had a Klassik 3-12x42 P3L capped elevation/windage on my Sako M75 7mm rem for the past few years. It's been a great optic.

Has anyone used this scope for extensive dialing? I'm interested in this scope and I'm curious about the long term reliability of the turrets with heavy use.

I dial mine to the extent of internal travel frequently, and check zero most range trips. I shoot roughly 50-100 rounds per month practicing. My gun shoots roughly 1.1moa 10-round groups off a bipod, which I expect to fall 100% inside a similar-sized target dot without requiring any scope adjustment EVER. Tracking and return to zero have been flawless for me in the 3 years or so I’ve owned the scope, including a couple pretty hard falls while hunting.
