RTIC Coolers

Ordered a tan 65 on 1/25 through Amazon and it arrived today (Texas to Idaho). It's solid. I'm going to put an ice cube in it and see if it'll last 10 days.

^^^ Any update on the ice cube? How is it hanging in there?

Kidding aside, I received my cooler yesterday and I am very satisfied with the quality. I have no problem assuming this cooler will last a very long time.

Mine just showed up today. Looks great. Built like a tank and a steal at $139. This should last forever! My main reason for buying one is durability and looks like it will cover that need easily.

I ordered my RTIC 65 on Sunday and my tracking since Monday still shows Order Processed Ready for UPS. I called RTIC this morning to check shipping status and they said they are behind in filling the orders and that mine should ship no later than this coming Monday. It is a good deal and I am not complaining, but has anyone else seen this delay in shipping with their orders? So far the posts I have seen say quick shipping.

I received mine in 3 days. I orderd 1/24. Really impressed with the first impression, solid cooler.

Ha! That prolly explains why their warranty changed too as I suspect they knew this was coming.

For what it's worth I got my soft side cooler in 3-4 days - build quality looks good and it's been holding the ice for over 24 hours without much loss so far. Granted unofficial kitchen test in the middle of winter so that that with a grain of salt...

I got one of their soft sided as well. Arrived in a few days after ordering just like bbrown's experience. Holds ice better than any soft sided cooler I've ever used and probably as well as some of the cheaper hard sided ones. Haven't had a chance to test it in hot weather yet but inside today left near the heater it held icepacks all day and they were still solid when I put them back in the freezer tonight.
Should have got one of the 65's, too bad they're sold out.

Picked up the 45 for $122. I have a Yeti 65 so building the collections. Also grabbed the hardside 20 and 30/40 soft packs, after owning and loving my Yeti cant wait to use these Rtics.

I read this review of the yeti on another forum. . . . . needless to say I was unable to get my yeti or Friends RTIC to perform in this manner. . .

"took my yeti camping in death valley in summer for a week. left the house with one cube of ice in it. next day was about ten pounds of ice in it and everything was froze solid- nobody would fess to putting more ice in it. following day, ice had pushed the lid open and it was overflowing onto the ground, had to give a bunch away. by the end of the day we were bagging the ice and selling it- cooler never even got low. by the end of the week the cooler had filled the whole valley with ice. death valley looked like the ice age."

them are good coolers
