I just want to know if unfinished stocks or blems will be offered at further discount?

Unfinished stocks are in carbon and Stocky's doesn't produce blems.

My interpretation of ^ was that it was the same price as the bare carbon stock ($495) and that seemed more reasonable to me when i figured it was a dip or some easier process before @BjornF16 pointed out that the pattern is cerakote. So now I don't know how to interpret that.

@Unknown Munitions - is tear pattern with the rokstok logo free of upcharge from the bare carbon? Free of charge from one color? Free of charge from 2 colors?

Free from single color which I consider the base price of the stock at $595

Does the Spartan/Pic front rail have a place to attach a sling or would I need a sling stud as well (in front or behind)?

All rails will have a QD cup and sling stud.

Did the comb angle change? It looks to be less aggressive, but it’s hard to tell because each perspective changes the perceived angle of the comb.

Did the comb angle change? It looks to be less aggressive, but it’s hard to tell because each perspective changes the perceived angle of the comb.

Yes, this is the third print with a mild change to the negative comb. It's still well above the bore line. But this change will accommodate more shooters.

UPDATE 12/20/2023

I'll start again by saying I haven't read the last few pages yet, but I will today and answer any questions there.

We tested the last stock print on several people last week and decided on some slight changes. Those changes have been implemented and printed and the new print is currently on its way to @Formidilosus and he should have it tomorrow for final approval. Thank you @Stockys for being so willing to indulge our need for the stock to be perfect down to the tenth of an inch.

If he is finally satisfied with it, we will initiate the pre sale asap.

It will be on all of the stocks. It's not aggressive texture, it's just about right.

For the torn carbon base price, should I select two colors or one? Is it finished with a matte coating over the paint?

It was hard to tell if the black you mentioned was the webbing on the FDE or the spray around the carbon.

I need this pre-sale to happen before the end of December, as I have figured out my 2024 NY Resolution - not to buy any gear for the entire year.

That was largely meant to be tongue in cheek, especially for anyone has seen the litany of posts of mine about gear purchases. It would be a cool resolution to actually follow through on. But....

I flirted with similar intentions for 2024, but....
then I started a thread regarding UM Tikka Bottom Metal details and Jake lofted the big bag full of 'UM+Tikka' cats, held it upside down and shook it. Now they're out of the bag and running around in my head.

Angle did not change, still 12 degrees. Overall height lowered slightly.

Honestly not sure what the difference is between texture zone and grip zone?
