Form, Ryan, Jake and Jessica are going to deliver a functional design that’s functional ...
A functional design that's functional.

I'm with @PNWGATOR - nailed it! :)

(Although while we're all fretting about aesthetics, I am tempted to add that sponge paint jobs are lazy, ugly, and should be banned forevermore from upload ... but that would be rude.)

I would also vote no logo. Gives me "offroad truck aftermarket parts" vibes. Could work smaller or with a more subtle, blended in design.

Not sure if I like the torn pattern, but another color combo might speak to me. I do like the idea of exposing the carbon fiber.

BIG GIANT +1000 FOR NO OBVIOUS LOGO!

Literally a no-go for me when buying hunting stuff, clothing, etc. Make it so good people ask what brand it is. Subtle to the point of having to hold the item to see the logo = perfect.

Curious how this plays out. The steep angle on the comb will require the scope to be placed precisely for the eye relief. Won’t be wiggle room on cheek placement for a given ring height (scope centerline). Potential challenge when rings don't allow enough fore/aft movement or when eye relief changes with zoom? Scopes that change eye relief the least may work better for this. Won’t matter with my 6x.

Ok Roksliders.......what are your thoughts?

This torn look would be the standard paint job and you could choose between 4 combos where the base coat of tan and black tear highlights are.

PS- This is not a Rokstok and sorry for the poor picture

That looks pretty decent to me. HCA broke me in by covering the whole damn buttstock with their bull skull logo on a build i have from them so the much smaller rokstok logo doesn't get to me. I like no logo best but its a non-issue. I'll buy without complaint with that plan.

Anything like what you do with your cerakote layer 1 patterns, multicam'ish, or what PRM posted would be ideal. I assume the standard finish is not going to be cerakote to keep cost down?

Some of the posts on this thread are unreal to me. Damn.

The stock is in process.

Form, Ryan, Jake and Jessica are going to deliver a functional design that’s functional, exceptional quality and affordable.

That said…gonna be SO good!
Can’t everyone see this for what it is?
Rokslide, Ryan and Form are all industry plants.

Rokslide is owned by Tikka.
Ryan owns SWFA.
And Form is an ex-SpecOps guy to be their salesman.

Rokslide was created over a decade ago by Tikka to slowly increase sales of Tikka rifles, they brought Ryan on with SFWA to pair the two together. UM is now their LLC they’re all running their collective business through after Form sold us all with tens of thousands of round counts, dropping scopes from the top of the Grand Canyon, and shooting large animals with teeny tiny bullets.

I see through all of you. The rest of you are just sheep.

I'd agree with whoever posted a solid color with webbing as an option.

From the site some of the simpler ones like

Custom BAT Machine Ignitier Sniper Green and Glock FDE

Or even transition camo

look good.

Obviously all this is extremely specific and arbitrary, but I assume that since UM asked for opinions they're interested in at least hearing what people think. If they don't pick one of those or I don't like the pattern I'll just get plain carbon and paint it myself. Or if plain carbon is a few $ cheaper I'd just order it. That'd be even better IMO!

Please stop posting references to the custom options. I really don't want any of those. Especially not Layer 1 in orange (CMYK0 74 88 0/RGB245 102 0 - looking for matching Cerakote codes). Or the Custom BAT Machine Igniter Sniper Green and Glock FDE Cerakote. Or Multicam Desert. Or any of them, because then I will think about sending in the rest of the rifle, because hunting is a fashion show, and I need to match.

Which brings me back to my fancy Micklagaard pants (now inbound). Maybe Layer 1 in a wool gray pattern with tasteful deer leather colored accents?

Be honest: are these pics from Big Stick?
Yes sir they are!! I do enjoy reading what he says, and he does have tons of good info once you translate it:)
With so many of the comments lately focusing on looks and not what really matters (how does it work) I thought it would be a fun to post up some real world camo:)
