anyone have aftermarket bottom metal on their lites yet?

I just installed Oregon Mountain Rifles bottom metal in mine. It was a little snug, but didn’t need to alter anything.

My order number is in the 30’s. I can’t wait to see the end result.

I ordered a standard RS a month prior to the lite, and it hasn’t hit production yet, so I’m happy to see this shipping already.

Mine should get in tomorrow. I’m excited to get my hands on it, unfortunately it’s going to be a while before I have time to shoot it. Going with my Dasher barrel that also hasn’t been shot yet.

I have a rare full week at home this week and based on the timeline of my finishing questions I thought I might see them by the weekend. Looking like probably not and that's fine.

Excited to get them though. Should be real nice on the 6 creed and the 223.

Sendero inlet, bare carbon, no add ons

I initially ordered mine with LOP kit and switched to 1" pad instead, but it appears that there wasn't a complete order update in their system as mine has LOP kit and 1" pad.

I wish I had cancelled the LOP kit. Don’t need it with 1” pad and it’s kind of clunky.

Form had said most do better with 14.5” LOP on the RokStok and he uses 14.75”. I’m keeping my LOP kit ordered and switched to a 1” pad. We shall see!

Got my RS Lite delivered today!

Here’s a photo of the RSL (31.2 oz), Peak 44 Bastion (25.0 oz), and factory Tikka stock (29.6 oz).


The RSL has the LOP spacers, 1” pad, and flush arca. The Bastion has a 3d printed spacer, 1” limbsaver, and J&A pic/arca. The Tikka has a Spartan adaptor. All three have the recoil lug in them.

I heard back from UM and they said I could order the T3x and request a T1x instead to accommodate barrel contour.

When I asked about the difference in bolt stop they said they didn’t know and I should hold off ordering.

So that wasn’t helpful haha.

Ever hear anything on this?
Will a t1x fit in a rokstok lite?
Would like to order one for a t1x with a option of throwing a t3x in the future.

You can make a t1x fit a regular Rokstock in about 5 minutes with sandpaper, less than that with a Dremel. No reason the lite would be any different. I would get the ace3 contour to accommodate the slightly heavier profile of the T1X.

The spacers are light than I thought they were.

If I remember correctly, yes a stock made for a T3X clearanced to fit a T1X can be used on a T3X again but you need to make a small spacer to keep the bolt stop pin from falling out as that is the area where you need to remove material to fit the T1X action.

The integrated arca looks good. What do you think? I have one on order.
