howdy,

Im looking for some ideas for a spotting scope cover for in field use. Ive thought maybe an old wool sock modified a bit. I know some guys have made their own covers out of neoprene from old waders and that's pretty cool. just looking for some ideas if any, the easier to make the better. Some pictures would help. Thanks in advance.

Another vote for Vet wrap. Worked great last year. Might be the generic stuff I used but it can start to feel a tiny bit "gummy" from the mild adhesive. Not a deal breaker, but just an FYI if you buy the Bezos special vet wrap. I'm gonna try some of the 3M stuff this year.

Also, don't set it down if you pick a camo color. She disappears pretty easy. 😂

Looks like that will work great. Thank you!

Here's a Kowa TSN-66s wrapped in Gear Aid Camo Form, about to go into its 3rd season. Im very pleased and surprised at how well its held up.
Also, for travel protection, it slips into an Outdoorsmans H.O.S.S, which is thickly lined with sherpa fleece. It also doubles as a great hand warmer muff, with a couple of Hot Hands paks inside.20260630_163018.jpg
