I was watching it after I ordered and I think they just pulled the plug after a certain number of orders.

Possibly, i just would think they would have about half ready to be cerakoted and rails attached as to under promise over deliver on timelinesDidn't someone say they were going to actually have a first batch in hand this time?
They never said that. They said 300 hundred for presale online and a handful at the show for purchaseThere was definitely not 300 of them in different inlets sitting at the the show... but whatev's. Saved me $6-700ish dollars.
Copy. My bad, got all of the posts mixed up.They never said that. They said 300 hundred for presale online and a handful at the show for purchase
AI says no, different length action. I've asked Jessica at Stockys if we can do both. @Stockys
They had at least 1 bare carbon RokStok lite available for purchase at the Hunt Expo yesterday that I saw, so I'm guessing it shouldn't be an issue. Those went fast. I was on their site a few minutes before 12 and they were down to like 260 available. Ordered a tikka inlet and put "bare carbon" in the comments so we'll see if it can be had with no paint. This will replace the rokstock on my boys 223 and he wants to paint it himself.
I’m need to pick up one of the Seekins arca rails. I was thinking it would fit great and not get in the way carrying the rifle.I played around with it a bit last night and my initial reaction is that this is the poor man's (Gunwerks) ClymR, with some subtle improvements such as an even flatter toe line. My alignment and positioning behind the two stocks is identical. It's kind of crazy how similar they feel in almost every way, outside of the forend.
Regarding the forend, I don't shoot much off hand but I was a bit worried the forend may feel crowded given how short it is. My fears there are largely alleviated now, there is plenty of real estate. Also and for what it's worth, I think Seekins new sideways arca plate will fit like a glove in front of the magazine while still leaving plenty of real estate on the forend up to the pic rail. I'll follow-up there once I get it installed.
Overall, a refined ClymR at 1/4 of the cost sounds like a home run for anyone that can snag one.
(edited w/ thoughts on forend).
Is this Seekins Hunter arca the one you're referring to? I hadn't seen that 90 deg option before. But it requires MLOK? Curious to see how you set that up.Also and for what it's worth, I think Seekins new sideways arca plate will fit like a glove in front of the magazine while still leaving plenty of real estate on the forend up to the pic rail.
Just use two inserts on the stock and new screwsIs this Seekins Hunter arca the one you're referring to? I hadn't seen that 90 deg option before. But it requires MLOK? Curious to see how you set that up.
As mentioned some of the expo one's were. Those went fast. I was on their site a few minutes before 12 and they were down to like 260 available. Answering my own question, it appears the normal SRS rail, a helpful friendly rokslider text me a photo from the show. Were there rail pics posted at some point? I feel like there was but I can't find them readily. I'm trying to recall, are they using the normal SRS rails on the lite or something specialized? Unfortunately the product page doesn't seem to have any photos of the lite yet nor the accessories to answer my curiosity.
