Rokstok Lite

Hopefully it's gonna be a while since I just ordered a standard rokstock 😂
Im debating on what to install on my custom tikka action from UM with a carbon 6 barrel. Either the rokstock lite only if they offer it with a mini arca/integrated arca in front of mag or hnt 26 etc.

Yes 7 prc with sendero contour. I was debating getting a tikka stock and sanding out the barrel channel but I'm not sure on that either
Don't go HNT26. Use a dremmeled out Tikka stock until you get a Rokstok or Rokstok lite. If you get a HNT26, you'll be stuck with a long action chassis and won't be able to swap it to a short action cartridge (like 6CM or 6UM) when you ultimately decide that 7PRC is overkill.

7PRC in a Rokstok Lite isn't gonna be fun to shoot. My 18" 7prc isn't fun to shoot in a regular Rokstok.

Personally, I'd cancel that Carbon6 barrel and just contact UM for a custom 6UM build.

This is suppressed. I dialed in my friends custom 7 prc with same specs accept a different action. 4 beginner shooters hit steel at 540 yards first shot after that. It was not much more than my 6.5 prc's. Very manageable.

My recommendation remains. You'll get more versatility from a stock than a chassis. Swapping for a 223 Tikka for practice in the same stock is awesome.

I'll grab a tikka stock then.do you think I'll need to do any glass or pillar bedding? Sorry I'm new to this thanks

Maybe, if it shoots a 10 shot sub 1.5moa group without bedding, I’d call it good. But if you wanted to try to bed a stock, the factory stocks are cheap to practice on.
