And, it ism't lost on me that Susie is the wife of the team principal that just happens to be the one making these idiotic rules look legit by wiping the floor with everyone else, "See, sustainable fuels, e-power, slower entry speeds, safer conditions have made for more exciting racing."

I tried to be positive but its tough.
The problem is to roll back to V8s they would need to roll back the not refueling thing.
Which I would be fine with.
But that is against the whole carbon 0 thing by 2030 which I felt was not nessecary for RACING.
Im all for clean air and water but can we still have racing and not this neutered BS?

I think his point is they are artificially slowing down the racing in order to make a female racer more likely to make the cut

Exactly, they aren't. How is it silly in any way? They compare f1 drivers to fighter pilots just about every on-track session in the commentary.

Sponsorship dollars are the only reason Patrick and Deegan were/are even a discussion. As to F1, who you picking in a game of F1 chicken at 220mph, Verstappen or Doriane Pin?

Ok, ready for my F1 conspiracy on these new regs? They are the stepping stone to making the cars easier to drive by forcing drivers to slow entering corners, reduce risk, rely on a button for power (overtake), create a kinder, gentler F1 so that, wait for it, one of the girls out of Formula One Academy might actually break the glass ceiling and get into proper F1.

It’s about equity.

Now, someone prove me wrong.

They need to bring back the umbrella girls. Until they do, I'll stick to watching Moto GP.
