The housing is extremely durable, however they can/do lose zero from impacts.

If it hasn't been suggested yet, one of the new/recent production SWFA 3-9's might be worth testing.

Something changed in their production as the focus settings are noticeably different than previous productions across the years. Hopefully they are still the reliable scope they've always been.

I'm gonna guess it beats the Vortex LHT and survives the 18 inch drops but fails after first 3 foot drop.
