Who missed out and has $1000 burning a hole in their pocket?
That was my first thought too.Who missed out and has $1000 burning a hole in their pocket?
I’m still waiting for USPS to get mine here. It was supposed to be today, but as usual, it arrived at the “USPS black hole” AKA the Detroit Regional Hub and has sat there for 36 hours. I’m looking forward to it. It’s coming with a sunshade and I have an SWFA scope level that I snagged on fleabay for $20 and an MKM throw lever on the way as well. Oh yeah, bought a zero stop shim kit a couple hours ago too. Been waiting a long time for one of these!
Got them here. I contacted the seller, who’s known on multiple forums, and asked if he was still making them for the 3-9. He responded that he did have a 3-9 kit available and to send him a message with the purchase asking for them. So I bought the kit and sent him a message. These come very well recommended.Where'd you get the zero stop kit from?
Those don’t work on the 3-9 scopes, unless something has changed.Got them here. I contacted the seller, who’s known on multiple forums, and asked if he was still making them for the 3-9. Zero Stop for SWFA Super Sniper Scopes | eBay
We manufacture zero stop shim sets for use with SWFA Super Sniper scopes. You MUST select the correct turret type or the shim set will not work with your scope. It will be marked milrad or MOA. The shim sets for all the fixed power scopes and also the 3-15 are all identical and interchangeable.www.ebay.com
That’s awesome. Would you send me a pm when you get them? I would like to do mine that way if it’s the same type of washers.Happy for you. I like inexpensive. I KNOW those kits don’t work on the 3-9’s. But he used to make 3-9 kits that DO work. I communicated with him directly. He explicitly stated he had a 3-9 kit that he could send. That is what I purchased.
Mine showed up todayMy package from SWFA was delivered yesterday via USPS. Just waiting on a rail to put this build together!
I ordered some on Thursday or Friday, and he told me beforehand that he has 3-9 kits.Happy for you. I like inexpensive. I KNOW those kits don’t work on the 3-9’s. Good to hear. I messaged him via fleabay and it took a few days to respond but he got back with me. He said he doesn’t post the 3-9’s as he doesn’t have much demand for them on eBay but maybe with these latest SWFA arrivals his demand will pick up and he’ll print more.I ordered some on Thursday or Friday, and he told me beforehand that he has 3-9 kits.
I haven't gotten any correspondence from him since ordering, but haven't in the past either.
Don’t worry guys they’ll be back in stock in 2 years haha
Awesome! I'm putting my rifle together right now. Still got some work to do, but I'm looking forward to shooting it this weekend.Mine showed up today
I went from giving up on finding one to having a new one at the house in a few days, that’s pretty cool. I’m going to take my NXS off my 223 and put the new one on and get it zeroed again
