Heading to Las Vegas for a few days in a few weeks. Trying to figure out dining ideas. Seems like a lot of the places on the strip have very similar menus. Not necessarily looking for anything crazy but what are y’all’s must stop places. And they don’t have to be right on the strip. Can be dives as long as it’s good food

all you can eat sushi at Yama Sushi
3049 S Las Vegas Blvd #20, Las Vegas, NV 89109
we usually eat there at least once, if not twice when down at SHOT show

and also Tacos El Gordo in the same area
Or Tacos Mexico down the way to the east past Stratosphere

I pretty much just wander around vegas eating at whatever taco or burrito joint i can find. haven't been disappointed.

And a mighty breakfast at Hash House A Go Go on West Sahara.

Thai food Lotus of Siam on Flamingo east of strip.
