redirect/phishing ads

Some ads displayed are malicious. Just got browser redirect to some malicious site after idling on the classifieds page
Cant say exactly what ads or ad server are at fault

I’ve gotten that message too. Now I can’t get signed back in on my computer. Getting this pop up.
