I don’t want to sound like a jerk, but — if you want a new pair of boots you could use for hunting or hiking back home, that’s great. But if you’re lookin specifically for your honeymoon for casual walking in the rain, get a pair of Chelsea boots and waterproof them with wax. Bludstones are fine, but you can get them up and down the price spectrum from sub-$100 to well over $1,000.So I bought a pair of Brooks for everyday if things are dry but id still like to have a pair of boots just incase it rains as seems the case in italy in November. Anyone have experience with Lowa renegades or Danner moutain 600 leafs?
