Do you have a couple of recommendations for barrels of this quality?

Also, would there be anything you'd watch out for, or that would change your approach in any way, in adding a suppressor? Especially if we're talking a thin AR 16" barrel, with a heavier hard-use suppressor? Wondering about things like barrel-whip, etc.

Wouldn’t barrel whip be less with a weight hanging on the end?

Really any legit quality barrel. I’m not a barrel snob- the good ones all shoot well, and every once in a while they all produce lemons. Lilia, Brux, Shilen, Bartlien, Ace, Preferred, Rock Creek, X-Caliber, etc. Even Shaw makes good barrels.

Nope. I’ve got silly thin barrels on both 5.56, 6.5cm, and 308 gas guns. All shoot fantastic.
