14 F150 Ecoboost 3.5, stock but for topper and a makeshift drawer system
15.5-16 all included.
Somewhere in 20's on highway
somewhere in teens normal stop and go
towing boat or camper 10ish, maybe below

Where you are located is important too. Going across the midwest I get great mileage, I believe if I lived in KS I'd have much different numbers. I've never had a vehicle do better than the low end estimate in the western PA hills. I just take the low number when comparing vehicles.

2014 Ram 1500 Laramie Limited 4X4 Ecodiesel 6” BDS lift kits, custom wheels, 35” Toyo AT Xtreme tires, steel bumper, 12K winch, skid plates, yada yada yada...mileage varies greatly depending on trip. Averaging 450-525 miles per 26 gallon tank overall (includes city, hwy & offroad) but can get up to 680 miles per tank when driving freeway all day (not in Los Angeles...I mean freeways that actually move). On a two day trip from CA to CO I have to refuel once. The stock truck got 31mpg hwy before I added all the aftermarket weight. I still get nearly double the range my Ram 1500 gasser got.

Before:
104683

After:

104684

I wanted more range offroad so the Ecodiesel seemed like the way to go...so far at 19 to 27 mpg it's been a good decision.

2017 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel with GDE tune. Overall MPG over the past 26k miles is 24.6. On my highway drives I'm typically at 26-27 MPG @ 75 and during those rare times I'm under 75 the MPG will go to 28-29. A headwind will bring that down quite a bit however.

2018 Ford F150 Lariat FX4 4x4, supercrew, 6.5 bed, 3.5 ecoboost. 18.5-19 suburban daily commute (less cold winter weather, more nice warm weather), 21 average highway around 75 (give or take 2 for strong head or tailwind). I'm pretty soft footed driver though.

Just did a 30 hr round trip to MT. 2015 F150 with 5.0l V8 averaged 21.7 mpg. Canopy and loaded light, Michelin LTX Defender tires, stock suspension. Mixed driving it gets 18 mpg. This is US mpg, not Imperial gallons for the Canadians on the sight.

Both of my trucks are very picky about their fuel.

2001 Ford F-350 long bed crew cab 4x4, 6-speed, 7.3L PSD with a fiberglass topper........18mpg highway at 80+, 15mpg in town, and 22mpg highway with really good fuel.

1989 Toyota xtracab 4x4 with topper, V6, 5-speed.........with ethanol-free fuel 20/16, with 10% ethanol fuel.......15/12.(n)

2004 Tacoma xcab 4 cylinder 5 speed with 31 inch Mickey Thompson MTZ‘s 22 Mpg Highway and about 15 mpg hunting.

2011 tundra 5.7 L V8 with 33 inch BFG all terrains 16 Mpg Highway 9 mpg hunting

I really miss my 2004 regular cab tundra for hunting. 4.7 L V8, air lockers front and rear, 4 inch lift with fender cut outs, running 35 inch Mickey Thompson MTZ‘s. Had the chassis and drive shaft shortened and put on a 6 foot bed from an ex cab tundra. It was unstoppable, even it after I rolled it which totaled it out. I still drove it 55 miles to get home with the cab partially crushed and all of the glass out. Pulled out a jeep and an F150 on my way home to boot.
I need to build another one like it
It got about 14 Mpg Highway and 10 mpg hunting, but it was worth the sacrifice and mpg for its ability to go anywhere

2015 Ford F-250 CC long bed 4x4, 6.2L gasser. All stock. City driving, 12.4mpg. Hwy driving, 16mpg. If towing my travel trailer, it gets about 8 mpg city/mountains and 9.5mpg hwy/flat ground.
