2014 Ram 1500 with Hemi and 3:21 gears. Has 34” tires on it. If I’m below 73mph, I’m usually around 20mpg.

2008 Chevy duramax 6.6 diesel stock was down to 11 mpg now matter how I drove it, after the DPF delete and EFI live tune it picked up to 19.5 -20 mpg on i70 going west 16.5 on these old country roads.

2002 GMC Yukon Denali xl 6.0 gasser is my every day hunting/fishing beater, it gets 13.5-14 mpg around here and town and would hit 17-17.5 mpg every year we took it to Florida, I love that thing it kinda part of the family!

2010 Tundra 5.7 4x4. AFE CAI and Magnaflow exhaust. Stock otherwise. ~14 overall. Seems to get noticeably better mileage in the summer.

17 on the highway if I stay at 70. Drops to 15 if I do 75.

2018 Ford F-150 3.5L Ecoboost.
16 mpg lifetime, that includes pulling a 21 ft bass boat for a lot of it which it yanks around like it’s not even there.
12-13 mpg towing the boat
22 mpg highway
17 mpg in the city
I’ve been pleased with it. Best MPG I’ve seen in any of the 1/2 ton trucks nowadays was out of the Ram Ecodiesels.

Those eco diesels numbers look great but be prepared to spend lots of time in your dealerships waiting room.... mine was in the shop 5 times in a month. Finally had to dump it, was costing me to much down time. Was fairly trouble free until it hit 60k then nothing but trouble. If your not having issues consider yourself lucky, my dealer won’t sell them anymore. I have heard they fair better in warmer climates. ( I’m in mn)

Lotta Ram trucks scoring well in this thread.

I'll even the score:
2017 ram 3500 crew cab dually Cummins, Aisin, 4:10 gears. Bone stock. Right now with hauling for planting season average 7.1 mpg. Truck, trailer, tractor, drill and everything around 31k.

My normal is around 13-13.5. best I have seen is 16.5, that wasn't driving over 62 mph.

This truck actually does better than my previous 2011 with g56, full delete and efi live.

I own a ram and my computer tells me how great my MPG are. Unfortunately, Ram's computer is off by 2-3 MPG on average. I have confirmed this with 4 other 2014 and newer rams and ALL 5 of our vehicles are off by 2-3 MPG. Newer Ram owner's do the math next time you fill up, ( preferably at the same pump) and I am sure you will be disappointed.

07 ram 2500 5.9 Cummins, 6 speed manual, diamond eye exhaust, smarty tuner, single mass clutch, cold air intake, I get as high as 22 on the highway empty and 14-15 in town or towing depending on what Iv got on but I don’t run it over 65 to low geared and I don’t like turning it that tight. Also I agree with the lie-o-meter on the console mine usually reads 25-26.

Lets do a data base thread on what kind of fuel mileage you are getting in your truck.

Post your trucks year, motor and any mods with the fuel mileage...minimum commentary.

My 2012 Tundra with the 5.7L, Icon suspension that lifts it about 2" and 33" Toyo's is getting 13.6 all around [mostly city] and gets 15 on the highway averaging 75 mph.
2011 Thundra 5.7L factory equipped running Michelin mud and snow tires, 15 MPG averaging 75 mph.

A buddy of mine here in East Texas had his motor blow up 3,000 miles out of his 100,000 mile warranty. Luckily he was able to get them to cover it for him and replaced it with a new motor. His dealer told him that a lot of them were having problems shortly after that 100,000 mile mark.
