reading recommendations

i have read alot of the books listed above but if i had to recommend one that was not on the list it would be The last lecture by Randy Pausch. its the only book i have ever read in one sitting, it will change the way you think about things. i have bought it for a few people (especially the younger generation) and have recommended it to anyone that will listen.
