Re-Barrel a Howa Superlite to 6mm Creedmoor?

I have a Howa Superlite in 6.5 Creedmoor and just not shooting it much. I asked the Howa rep at the NRA show if they had thought about making a 6mm Creedmoor version and he just didn’t speak enough English to understand what I was asking. (He was Japanese.) I can’t find any info on someone swapping barrels on a Superlite but would love to try if it wasn’t crazy.
Anyone have any suggestions??

There's no reason you couldn't. I had a Screwed barrel fit to my Vanguard. I think the biggest challenge would be finding a profile light enough to keep it super light, or waiting a long time to have a barrel company produce one.

What's your budget? I could do the swap and Lilja can profile a barrel to match the current profile.

Lilja is finally trying to stock barrels so wait time should be less than it used to be.

Superlite is different tenon threads than the standard howa and the mini howa.

I talked with a sales rep with Howa at SHOT, and I don't think they sold enough the first time the offered them.
