RCBS chargemaster supreme calibration issue

Having an issue getting it calibrated. Keeps throwing error code, finally calibrates, then throws the error code when trying to dispense. It does calibrate accurately when it finally does. I tried calling the tec line, but they weren't taking any calls. I tried moving it to a different location, rubbing it down with dryer sheets to remove static, blowing everything out, etc. Any solutions would be appreciated!

Not to insult your intelligence, but is it level?

Have you read all the setup and calibration instructions?

Perfectly level. I've had it a couple years with nary an issue. The manual doesn't have a trouble shooting section. But sometimes it is the obvious that is causing the issue!

You didn’t by any chance get some powder inside the scale?

And you have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in again?

And the drain door isn’t open?

Yep, I have tried all the above.

Had the same problem. Called RCBS and spoke with a really helpful tech. Ended up it had static buildup. Wipe it completely down with a dryer towel, inside of the canister and everything you can reach. No problems since.
