Ok so i have the revic rangefinder and a pair of 10x42 SLC about 3yrs old. I like the idea of having everything in one.
I was thinking about the revic Acura BLR10b but i hear the glass sucks but laser is the best. Does anyone know how bad the glass really is? Is it comparable to the Swaro SLC?
The other one i was looking at is the swaro EL TA range i hear the laser is weak but the glass is top notch. I dont sit behind my binos for hrs on end glassing normally do that with my spotter . Or i can say screw it keep my rangefinder and get NL pures .lol so many options anyways thanks fir the help in advance

Take a look at the Leica Geovid pro binos. I haven't looked through them but,
I have the Revic RF and just got the Leica pro RF. And so far, I like the Leica RF a lot more than the Revic. I have NL Pures (the last binos i would ever own!) and if the Leica RF works for me this season, I'm going to the Leica Pro binos.

@gr8fuldoug why do many of the rangefinders and binos only offer shooting solutions out to 800 or so yards?

I have the Leica 3500.com and was interested in the CRF Pro but it only provides solution to 875.

All up to your eyes and preferences. I like all of the big 3 but settled on the Zeiss Victory RFs. Just liked the feel of them in the hands and somehow my eyes just liked their lenses the best. Swaro EL TA are pretty top notch though and the Leicas didn't agree with me as much.

Check out the gen 2 Kilo 10ks. The glass isn't blue like the first gen and has been spot on in the few PRS matches I've ran them in after truing my BC. I've been really impressed and can't wait to get them out in the field this year.

Either way you go, this has been one of the best purchases I've made in a while. They are confidence inspiring for sure and extremely fast at spitting out a solution with the built in AB stuff.

On which rangefinder?

You have to pay to upgrade all Leica ones with standard AB to Elite. Binos and stand alone RFs, they come with the reduced version installed standard. There’s 1 model of the bino that’s equipped standard with elite I believe.

Check out the new Leopold bx4hd with rangefinder. I find Leopold has great glass, even if their scopes can’t hold zero. Ha

Echoing a couple things here. The glass does not “suck” way better than any of Sigs, Vortex, and Leupolds. I’ve been running the Revics since they first came out and have been extremely happy this far. Definitely not swaro glass like the SLC but that’s not really a fair comparison. Due to the SLCs not having the coatings on there lens for the ballistics display. I’d say for me the Revic’s are just barely a step below the Zeiss Victory RF’s in my opinion.
