This poor guy is apparently suffering from a fungal disease, his horns were rotting away from his cores. Sent the pics to the local biologist so they could find him and inspect. What a sad pic.

Stumpy

Reminds me of a sheep we passed up on last year. He provided a shot each morning but we were looking for a certain kind of ram. Full curl on his left by far, broke off about 8" on his right. He was verified full curl by our pilot 2 years prior.

Saw this little guy the other day while working. I didn't have time to put the sneak on him.

He didn't want to cooperate much anyway.

This is a cool bighorn that looks a lot like a stone and has a horn growing out of his nose. I guess when they split their noses, sometimes as it heals it fools the hair cells and starts a horn growrh.

Late season cadomin ram from 2012, guess it's bases were pretty small, so missed 190, but still pretty impressive.

I doubt big fish will give up the location, but I would wager region 6 DNS.
Resident hunters are only harvesting about 10% of their allocated numbers of stone sheep in region 6 every year, lots of stompers dying of old age in region 6.
Nice rams BIG FISH
here's my 9 yr old stone from this year

My hunting partner counting rings, we sat on this ram at 40 yards for 45 min counting rings and waiting to make sure he was full curl
