Merry Christmas Ladies and Gents!
This afternoon I took my LRI custom Remington 700 in 300win mag out to zero for the first time. I loaded up 3 rounds of Barnes Harvest Collection 180gr it was hard to chamber. I was thinking it might be some cerakote that needs to be worn down. I fired and the bolt was tight on extraction just as it was going into battery. As I pulled back on the bolt to extract the spent casing it remained in the chamber. I locked it home and tried to extract it, again to no avail it remained in the chamber. Like the idiot I am I didn’t bring a cleaning kit with me so I left my pasture and used a cleaning rod at my house to get the casing out. At the house I grabbed a box of Federal 185gr Berger Hybrids they chamber perfectly. I think it might just be the Barnes ammunition. What do yall think it is? I’ll attach videos and pictures below.

Did you give the gun (including the chamber) a very good scrub before shooting it? There could be some residual oil, solvent, or even flushing fluid from chambering left in there. That will make something that is already tight, even tighter when you fire.

I would guess that your chamber is cut on the lower end of the tolerance spectrum, so some ammo will be tight fitting.
