Question - AZGFD - Dashboard Flaw

Hate to bother everyone but I was trying to figure out if the Arizona Dashboard is just messed up for me or if it is a bigger issue. I have tried reaching out to AZGFD multiple times over the last few months with no luck, so figured I would ask here before I put more time into getting in touch with them again.

So when I log into my account in their "dashboard" it doesn't contain anything I have done this year to include: new license, draws applied for, or any of my past bonus point information. I know it says the system isn't completely up to date, but mine only has my licenses from the years past and nothing else. I was wondering if this was just a system flaw for everyone or if it was just me. Thanks in advance guys.

"Note: We are not exactly real-time with your license, app, and bonus point information yet, but we are working on it. Purchases or renewals made within the last 24 hours might not show up here. Give it a day and then check back! Bonus point information is only calculated on the date shown."

Mine doesn’t have my Deer app that I put in for last night, but my license is updated and my bonus points appear to be accurate.

Thanks appreciate the reply. I've been trying to get in touch with someone from the state for awhile now with no luck. They even sent me my hunters ed card, but yet none of those points show either. It's annoying and weird, doesn't instill a lot of confidence that my draw results aren't being affected by this.
 
Good point, I’m a bit worried about the deer draw as well because the dash board says I haven’t applied. I do have the confirmation email and number....

I would not be too worried about the deer application not showing, but the older info should be up to date. How are you trying to reach them? The best way is to just call, 602-942-3000.
 
I'll try that number. I have sent multiple requests from their online question section. I got one voicemail from them a few weeks ago with a number to a staff member but no one ever picks up when I call that number back.

Like I said the dashboard doesn't show me this years license or draw entries and nothing for bonus points. While this link outside of dashboard shows my results as of last fall with an old address on it. So neither as correct. Apply For The Draw
 
Thanks Bob, I actually got someone on the phone today and apparently that was the case. I had two unmerged accounts, they said they would merge them. Hopefully that helps this year’s stuff show up and maybe my Hunter ed point as well. Appreciate the help.
