Question about the Snake River Unit??

Looking for someone local to the snake river unit. Willing to pack out an animal during season. Besides the local guiding service. I’m hoping somebody knows someone around that area.

My understanding is if you are looking for someone to pack for you with any kind of compensation that would be considered guiding in Idaho and need a license and permit for any public lands they are operating on. Things like paying for fuel, etc are also considered compensation.
