Q&A Crimson Trace Hardline Pro 4-16x Field Eval

@Form treat this one like a rented mule. As soon as I have it back it will go in for warranty.

Haha. Appreciate it. The problem we are running into is getting people to use it- like all SFP high mag scopes.

I’m open to trying a FFP. And I couldn’t say on the difference between the two models other than in general it is supposedly easier to make a more durable scope in SFP versus FFP- at least somewhat.

@5811 and @Scottyboy
If you two don't partner on one to send in, I'll purchase one and send it in. Don't want to steal your thunder though

I have a ffp/mils version ordered that I will send in after I receive it. Just waiting for details from @Ryan Avery

I have the scope in my possession, just waiting on the details to re-lable the box it came in and send for testing.
Did you get any traction on this? I also got one (4x16 mil FFP) to try. So far so good. I like the reticle both on 4x and on 16x. Has a zero stop on the elevation turret. My 2 gripes so far are that the illumination only works on like 4 settings and they didn't give me a Allen wrench to loosen the elevation and windage caps to reset zero and to loosen the zero stop clamp. It is a 1.5mm wrench so not the most common size. The instructions didn't include the proper procedure to reset the zero nor how to set the zero stop. Nothing too bad but not perfect.

Heck of a deal for $350. I think I'll order another one while they are still at that price. I was going to order another Credo 2.5x15 but they've gone up in price again and aren't as good of a deal as they once were.

I sent it in for testing about a month ago but I have no idea when they will get to it.
