Puffy wool silencers on a compound?

So setup an older mathews bow 2015??? For whitetail inside of 45 yrds. Question is would the puffy Navajo wool silencers work on this I think it would look pretty cool. Has anyone done this?

Prior to my current bow, I always put cat whiskers on my bows. The worse thing you will be sacrificing would be string/arrow speed but I couldn’t imagine it would be more than a few fps. It’s your bow, make it cool to you.

Yeah that's what I thought, probably wouldent be a noticeable difference guess we will see

I use to put wool on my string, worked really well.


Not familiar with anyone selling it, I just had it and used it.
