I am certainly glad you had a great experience, we couldn't even get anyone on the phone, emails only.My PayPal account got hacked a month or so ago and they were very helpful. I checked my phone when I got to work one morning and it was like “your password has been changed”, “your address has been changed”, “your PayPal debit card is on the way”.
I was able to get somebody on the phone and set up the 2 step verification, cancel the debit card and restore my information.
It was stressful but they did help.
We have since gone to two-factor authentication on everything, what a pain, especially when some websites only allow one phone number to be entered.
