I'm writing this because I've been burned twice now. This site, which is the clearance site for optics planet, is not being clear in their descriptions. They will give a model number that does not correspond to the pictures and description they put with the item. The result is that if you don't research each item number you may be getting the wrong item. So far, it has only been a reticle change or MOA vs MRAD but it is still an inconvenience none the less. Customer service is difficult at best. I've tried email, voice message and waiting on hold for over 30 minutes. No contact as of yet. so......buyer beware

Their app doesn't list all info. Use the website for better descriptions.

I gave them one chance a few years ago, after waiting 3 months I canceled and have never given them a thought since.

you'd probably do better with the app that has less info. i've been using the website on a laptop. they simply list features and things included that aren't there.

Interesting. I've had the opposite experience. Either way they kinda suck.

I placed an order with them a couple of years ago and never received product.
After a month with no communication, I cancelled my order and was not charged.
They seemed to have excellent pricing on some products, but I no longer check their website.
