Pro's and con's of synthetic game bags?

Maybe a dumb question here but with bloody meat in the TAG bags, do they leak like cotton will?

Looking to get some bags myself and trying to decide between the kuiu type and TAG type.

They won't leak like cotton, especially if you seam seal the TAG or Kifaru meat bags, but you'll still get some leakage.

As far as expense...Game bags, good Merino socks, beanies, lightweight tent stakes...all of these items fall into what I consider to be a sweet spot for Christmas, birthday and Father's day gifts. You might not want to drop the dough yourself, but a meat bag or a pack of mini groundhogs is way better than getting an Olive Garden gift card from your sister in law.

So, can someone provide a link or better yet (for me anyway) the name of the cloth material these new bags are made of ??

They are a cotton polyester blend.
Don't think any of the mfg'ers will disclose exact blend.
But I'd say anything 50/50 - 25/75 cotton/poly with a high thread/inch count should work just fine.
Clearance bedsheets work well, pillow cases, mill ends, etc.
