Just wanted to reach out and see if anyone has done business with G&G or Crippen’s in that area (or if there are others I’m not aware of). I will be contacting them to see if I can just pay for freezing/storage but would like to know if they are good to work with if we get in a bind and need one processed.

Dakota at G&G out of Salida is very easy to work with and runs a great operation - highly recommend him! He does get pretty busy so I’d recommend reaching out beforehand just to make sure he has room in the coolers
