was looking at these on blackovis tonight, none in my size 10 or 10.5, they do have some 9.5's though, how doe these run fit wise (big or small) i noticed in your review you said fit was pretty much spot on though

Yup, I wouldn’t size up or down

I just bought a pair for summer backpacking...they are pretty cold for hiking up here in Alaska even on "warm winter days". I bought them because I wanted a light boot that was fairly stiff.
Size 14 regular...excellent fit for me. I like the neoprene tongue.

I wish all the eyelets were metal...the one cloth lace eyelet is likely to erode and break at the wrong time....like 20 miles from the truck.

Any concerns with the cloth eyelet? These boots are very light and comfy perfect for early season archery and backpacking but can’t imagine paying this price for a cloth eyelet, crazy that that’s even a thought in the manufacturing process

How do y’all think these would handle an alpine hunt/sheep hunt. I have these boots and love em just wondering how they would handle a sheep hunt.
