Powder recommendations

I am wanting to see what you think is the best powder to use.
My buddy wants to load some 180 grain cutting edge Maximus out of a 300 win mag
He’s using Norma brass

RE22 worked well in my 300W with 190s SMKs. Hard powder to find now. Take a look at H4831. Seems available lately
