Powder recommendations

I have never heard of Hybrid 100v powder (I see Hodgdon makes it, and it appears to be a powder that meters better than typical stick powders). It also appears to be a bit cheaper than typical Hodgdon powders. In regard to bullets, are you talking about Hornady Eldx 180grns?

I mean the Nosler Expansion Tip copper.
