Powder dispenser for tuned beam scale

Been working on this off and on in spare time but works fantastic. Tried a several designs but this one is the cats Azz.

-Tuned RCBS 502 from Scott Parker (1 kernel of Varget sensitive.
-Built powder dispenser with 2500 grain hopper
-On/off power switch
-Red start switch
-Yellow bump / trickle
-Knob is speed controller
-NPN sensor for triggering the relays on the back of scale.

The attached video is a stiff charge of Varget that I use in my 130ttsx for 308. 49g of Varget dispensed at about 7 to 8 sec. Works everything. The system works off several relays and 1 timer relay. Throw whatever charge you want and record the time. I throw 2 charges at whatever weight, record the time. Input the time in the controller, bang, done!!! I have it set to throw about .1 - .2 grains short and trickle to setpoint.

Here is a list of everything that I used. I already had the switches but they can be bought anywhere for cheap. I really like the way it works and its fast. The only thing I will add it a jack screw in the back so the angle of the aluminum tub can be altered for even more fine tuning. Other than that, very happy with it. Most of all, no warmup time, turn it on and start loading. If all the link are against policy here, please let me know and I'll pull them down. Thanks.
