@Kiwihunter I have an 8.5tw lt palma coming to chamber in 7saum. What velocity are you seeing with the 162 w/ 18" barrel?

2890 was the most accurate. 0.3 moa

Yeah rl26. I get good results from rl22 aswell

I'm just starting a build with an 18" barrel and of course you can't get r26, 22, or anything from Aliant anymore

Don't sweat it, the saum will eat any powder. I've found that it's more about finding the velocity node it likes. The 162 eldm works great even at low MVs

My goal is 2700mv out of an 18" barrel and short action. That will get 168s out past my target metrics. Should do the same for 180s to be honest but getting that MV may be a challenge with the heavier bullets.

I would be ecstatic if I could get 168s or 162s to 2700mv, which is absolutely doable according to GRT at least

I'm sure that will be easily achieved. Not sure if you get ADI but 2217 is good.

N555 is good option, N560 will give similar high end speeds as rl26. It's more temp sensitive tho in the few cases I've tired it in.

N565 is super stable if you can get enough in there, I got .7fps/1° when I tested from 88° down to 29°.
