Possible to transfer Wyoming tags?

I have a project running in Wyoming that I originally was not going to be on. Stupidly I missed the draw and now will be out there for elk and mule deer archery seasons. Is it possible to transfer tags from person to person if I could find someone willing to sell one? Otherwise it’ll be weekend trips to CO for OTC tags.
